Shoppers are asking AI.
Is your store in the answer?

We ask the AI engines real shopping questions and measure whether your store comes up — free, read-only, methodology included.

One free audit per store per month — a repeat request within 30 days returns your existing report.

The report

What you get — every number below is from one real free audit in our corpus, shown anonymously. Not a mock-up.

The visibility score

49.38 / 100
a mid-size jewelry store · 49.38 / 100
free audit · one AI engine · 30 answers measured

Mentions by query type

attribute 33%
category 73%

Share of measured AI answers that mentioned the store, for the two query types the score is built from — counted from stored answers.

Position inside the answers

4.8
average position
in the 16 of 30 measured answers that mentioned the store

Where the store appeared, on average, inside the answers that did mention it — measured, not estimated.

Real measurement from one free audit in our corpus (September 2026), shown anonymously. The free audit measures one AI engine; the paid audit adds a second engine and engine-difference analysis. From our benchmark corpus: of the 93 stores we measured with two engines in August 2026 (rescored with our current method), 60 were never mentioned. Every report declares its methodology and coverage.

What we do

We measure how visible your store is in AI engines — the models behind ChatGPT and Gemini. We ask real shopping questions about your product category and brand, the way a customer would, and record whether your store comes up.

Why it matters

A growing share of product discovery starts in an AI chat instead of a search box. When an assistant recommends stores and yours isn't among them, that shopper moves on without ever seeing you. The first step is measuring it.

What you get, free

  • AI visibility score (0–100), one engine
  • How often AI answers mention you, by query type
  • Your average position in answers that mention you
  • Every question asked, with measured counts
  • Full methodology & coverage

What you are buying is measurement. We measure how visible your store is in AI engines and report it; we do not promise any result — no ranking, traffic, or sales outcome. AI engines change their behaviour on their own, and your score can go down as well as up between measurements.

No refunds. The first measurement runs right after purchase and costs real money, so a paid period cannot be refunded. Cancelling stops the next renewal; measurements continue until the end of the period you paid for.

Plans read your store's public catalog — no app to install; run the free audit first. The free audit stays free and unchanged. Buying a plan needs a free account (sign in or create one) so the subscription and its reports stay attached to you.

How we measure: we query the engines through their official APIs — the same underlying models, asked programmatically. Answers in the ChatGPT or Gemini chat apps can differ from API answers; every report states exactly which surface was measured.

Read-only — we never touch your store. Every number is measured from stored raw responses, never estimated; the report shows exactly what we could and couldn't read.
